The MLS® YTD Number of Sales for Bowen is down -17.5 per cent from 2016 while the REBGV is down almost three times this at -51.3 per cent, and Bowen's YTD Dollar Volume is down only -0.5 per cent while the REBGV is down -53.1% for the same period. The YOY change in the MLS® Median Sales Price, 2016-2018, is up a modest 2.3 per cent for the REBGV while Bowen is up eleven times this at 25.5 per cent, and for the period 2017-2018, Bowen's performance was fourteen times that of the REBGV.
