From Tim’s first visit to the property, (2 hours after I sent an initial e-mail inquiry), his attention to detail and insights (preparation of the home, declutter suggestions, clean a few exterior features etc.) were all valuable and we pursued them all.  Tim attended regularly to execute all the paperwork in person, which I really appreciated.  Without me requesting, he promised he would personally be in attendance for all the showings, realtors' open house as well as for photos, video and drone work for the website and professionally printed colour brochures.  He followed through with every promise.
